The PI(4)P Mass Strip Kit is designed to quantify PI(4)P obtained from cell extractions or PI4-Kinase reactions through a simple protein-lipid overlay assay. The PI(4)P Strips are nitrocellulose membrane strips pre-spotted with a PI(4)P standard curve, PIP controls, and space for spotting 8 unknown samples.
