Each vial of PI(3,4,5)P₃ Grip^TM contains 5 µg lyophilized recombinant GRP1-PH domain GST-tagged protein.  This PI(3,4,5)P₃ binding protein can be used as a control reagent with our PIP Strips^TM, PIP Plate^TM, and PIP Array^TM.  It is easily reconstituted in water or buffered solutions.  PI(3,4,5)P₃ Grip^TM is a GST tagged protein and can be detected with commercial anti-GST antibodies.
