Each vial of PIP2 GripTM contains 2.5 ug lyophilized recombinant PLC-d1 PH domain GST-tagged protein. A PI(4,5)P2 binding protein which we offer as control reagents for use with our PIP StripsTM, PIP PlateTMand PIP ArrayTM. It is easily reconstituted in water or buffered solutions, and each contains enough protein for use on one PIP Strip or PIP ArrayTM. PIP2 GripTM is GST tagged and can be detected with commercial anti-GST antibodies. |
