(3S)-[1,1-difluoro-3,4-bis(oleoyloxy)butyl] phosphonate (XY-14)

Catalog No.:  L-9218
MW: 778.94
CAS: 478529-66-7

Description:  XY-14 is a competitive inhibitor of Lipid Phosphate Phosphatase 1 (LPP1) which is the major enzyme responsible for degrading lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) in platelets. XY-14 (10 μM) inhibits LPP1 in human pulmonary artery endothelial cells, preventing the dephosphorylation of sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) to sphingosine.
