PI(3,4)P2 PolyPIPosomes
|
|
Catalog No.:
Y-P034
Description:
PolyPIPosomes are polymerized liposomes that show markedly increased stability (up to 6 months) vs. conventional liposomes. A biotin tag is incorporated for easy detection of PIPn-binding proteins with streptavidin reagents. - Uniform size (~200 nm) - Ready-to-use suspensions, no liposome preparation PolyPIPosomes have demonstrated utility in a number of assay formats:- -Protein pull-down
- -Surface Plasmon Resonance
- -Liposome overlay assay
