Description:  PolyPIPosomes are polymerized liposomes that show markedly increased stability (up to 6 months) vs. conventional liposomes. A biotin tag is incorporated for easy detection of PIPn-binding proteins with streptavidin reagents.
- Uniform size (~200 nm)
- Ready-to-use suspensions, no liposome preparation
PolyPIPosomes have demonstrated utility in a number of assay formats:
  • -Protein pull-down
  • -Surface Plasmon Resonance
  • -Liposome overlay assay


PI(3,4,5)P3 PolyPIPosomes are provided as a 1mM total lipid solution containing 5% PI(3,4,5)P3. Each order of 250 μL or 1 mL of PolyPIPosomes includes 100 μL of Control PolyPIPosomes (Y-0000).
