Recombinant anti-Vinculin Nanobody, Clone # Nb85, COOH-terminal HA tag.
Type: VHH single domain
Source: E. Coli
Applications: ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Pull down
Clonality: Monoclonal
Background: Vinculin VHH Antibody was produced in an llama with a recombinant protein fragment comprising the C-terminal half of vinculin then cloned for recombinant production in E. Coli. Vinculin is a ~117 kDa cytoskeletal protein that interacts with talin, α-actinin, and F-actin. It links the cytoskeleton to the membrane of cells and to integrins and regulates focal adhesions and adherens junctions.
Recombinant anti-Vinculin Nanobody 85 was developed by Gulliver Biomed.
Storage
Store at -20°C upon arrival. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
