Histidine tagged versican G1 (VG1) domain. Versican is one of many hyaluronan binding proteins that belong to the link module superfamily. Versican binds hyaluronan through the specific binding domain called “link module”. The G1 domain of versican contains an immunoglobulin domain and two contiguous link modules.
